If you are logging in for the first time:
- Open the Groww app.
- Enter the registered email address and then the password.
- Next, you will be asked to either set up a PIN or a fingerprint login. This is to ensure that the login procedure has a 2-step verification process.
Next time onwards, you just have to use the fingerprint scanner to log in or you can opt for the PIN method. Make sure you don’t forget the PIN you have set up.
There is also a situation where you have to log in to a different device for the first time, but unfortunately, you don’t remember the password. In such a case, the following are the steps to reset your Groww App password:
- Click on Forget password, as shown in the below clip.
- Then enter the New Password, and re-enter the same to Confirm Password.
- Next at the bottom, you will see a button that says “SEND OTP”. Click on it.
- Wait for a moment or so, and you will receive an OTP onto your registered email address. Just enter that OTP in the same window and then click on the button “UPDATE PASSWORD”.
- With this your password has been reset, now you can easily log in to the Groww app using these credentials.
