If you already are an existing Axis Demat account user then just download the Axis Direct app on your smartphone. After that :
- Once you open the “Axis Direct” app, insert the username and the password that you would have received on your registered email address after opening your Axis Demat account.
- After that, just enter your correct Date of Birth.
- Now, just click on the “Login” button.
Next, there’s the situation where you are logging in to your Axis Demat account for the first time. In such a situation, go the the “Axis Direct” app and at the bottom half of the login window you will see the button that says, “First Time Login”. Click on it and then:
- You will be redirected to a separate window where you have to complete three simple steps. The first step requires you to enter your PAN card number.
- Next, you will receive an OTP on your registered phone number. And then enter the captcha text.
- Now, in the next step enter the username and the password and once again enter the correct captcha text and then click on proceed.
- After this, you will see a prompt that tells you to verify the email address you have provided, as for the account to go active, a verification link will be sent on the same.
- Now check your email, and you will find the verification email from Axis Direct, open it and then click on the verification link.
