So to begin the process it’s important to know that the HDFC Securities account is accessible on both the web terminal as well as the app.

Here are steps to log in to HDFC Securities app:

1. Download the app and open it on your smartphone.
2. On the top right corner, you will see the login button, click on it.
3. Here enter your user name, password, and date of birth to simply log in. You would have received your credentials at the registered email address. In case you can’t find that mail, then you have to click on “Forgot Username”, and/or “Forgot Password”.
4. On clicking “Forgot Username”, you will be redirected to a window where you have to enter the PAN number and Date of Birth and then click on Submit button. After that, you have to complete an OTP verification to generate a Login ID. Similar is the process to set a new password.
5. With these credentials, you can now log in by following the first three steps.

Now let’s check out the process of login into HDFC Demat account using the web terminal:

1. First, go to the HDFC Securities website and click on Login button in the top right corner.
2. After this, the process will seem similar to the above explained. Here too you have to enter the Login ID, Password, and Date Of Birth and then just click on Login Now button just below the form and with that, you can start trading.
3. In case you don’t remember the username or password, you can click on “Forgot Username” and “Forgot Password”, respectively.
4. The rest of the process for generating a login id or password is the same as explained earlier.
