Did you just find out that you can’t log in to your HDFC Securities Demat account because your account has been locked? Here’s how to unlock HDFC securities account.
To unlock the HDFC securities account go to the HDFC securities website and click on the “LOGIN” button. After this:
- A new tab will open where you can see the Login form with fields such as Login ID/Username, Password, and Date of Birth. Just under the Login ID field, you shall find the “Unlock Username?” link. Click on it.
- A new tab will appear where you need to submit your PAN number (registered with this account) and Date of Birth. Finally, click on the “Submit” button.
- If the details entered are correct, then a prompt will appear informing that OTP has been successfully generated. Hence, you would have received an OTP on the registered mobile number that you need to enter in the next step.
- As mentioned above, Enter the OTP received and click on Submit OTP.
- With this, you shall see a prompt with the words “Your Login ID is: XXXXXXX”. Now your account with this Login ID has been unlocked.
